I can’t say enough about Butch and his company. Before I called him, I read the reviews and heard all the great things that people was saying I thought well he can’t be that great. I was wrong. He went above and beyond what a surveyor should do. Explaining problems to me as he did the survey on the boat and even while on his vacation, he made a change to the survey that the loan officer was needing all so I would be able to close. Wow! You just don’t get service like this anymore. He treated the survey as if he was purchasing the boat giving me all the good and bad news and advise that he clearly is well experienced in. In closing you will be writing this same review afterwards.
